See Dugongs by 3 ways:-
First, you go by a long tail boat to nearby Khao Toh Te where you make a stop and wait to observe the Dugongs as they come up to eat sea grass.
Next, is a trip Dugong tower at Hadd Sai Kaew wooden bridge built by a fishery village and in the end of bridge with about distance of 800 meters from the Dugong tower which is a scenic viewpoint and a place to observe Dugongs.
Finally, you can also see it via hiking and climbing the Khao Toh Te, from Dugong tower can see a mountain on the right hand side is Khao Toh Te which is a multi-meter high mountain and easy location for hiking and climbing to the top. It has a cave in the middle of the mountain and a big aperture to see Dugongs from the top.
